Job Summary:
We are recruiting for a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Manager. The ideal candidate will have a background in retail sales, preferably in furniture, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored advice on products.
* Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of their products, including materials, styles, and features to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
* Sales and Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Utilise sales techniques to close deals efficiently.
* Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is clean, organised, and visually appealing at all times.
* Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and restocking as needed.
* Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve store sales goals and contribute to a positive team environment.
Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in furniture.
