Our platform will enable consumers to plan and book holidays both online and offline, offering a wide variety of product types. Your role: To ensure the success of this venture, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Travel Customer Service Agent who has a passion for travel, a proven background in luxury travel and tailor-made holidays, and the ability to build strong client relationships with best in class customer service excellence. Day to day you will: ? Manage flight and accommodation changes, schedule queues, and collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to resolve issues. ? Run and action dispatch and administration reports while professionally handling customer and departmental enquiries. ? Use booking systems for all holiday elements and manage multiple email inboxes to maintain seamless communication. ? Manage quoting amendments, cancellations and re-invoicing to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. ? Identify and analyse trends in common issues, implementing solutions to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. ? Address and manage pre and post-departure queries as well as in-resort issues, ensuring a seamless experience for customers. What we're looking for from you: - An articulate and confident telephone manner. - Strong written communication skills; excellent grammar. - Experience in customer service and working within a target-driven environment. - Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. - A friendly, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to tackle any task. - Proven experience working towards and achieving service targets (CSAT/NPS) and KPIs - A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
