What makes us different? This is the only scheme that will allow you to work across the business. It is pan-TfL – you can move from government relations to finance, working on stations to HR.
Proposed start date: 8th September 2025
Salary: £29,281 per annum
Location: London/ Hybrid - 50% of time split between the office/on-site and remote working over a 4-week period, with some variation subject to business requirements.

Duration: 4 years
What you’ll need:
1. You should already hold or be working towards a minimum of 2 GCSE’s Grade A* - C or Grade 4 and above including Maths and English language.
2. Plus 3 A-Levels in any subject at grade A* - C or equivalent.
3. You are not eligible for this scheme if you currently hold or are working towards a qualification at the same or higher level in a related subject or have already studied content from the qualification for this scheme.
4. You must be 18 years of age before the start date (11th September) to be eligible for this scheme.
5. Your offer will be subject to a satisfactory medical which may include but is not limited to: drugs and alcohol screening, eye test and hearing test.
