How will you make a difference
Clients in financial services, engineering, oil & gas, energy, aerospace, marine, IT, and government sectors depend on LRQA to effectively verify their data providing assurance of business-critical compliance and risk management.
As well as undertaking verification activities and making assurance decisions, you’ll call on your accomplished people skills to guide and develop other verifiers, cultivate positive client relationships and proactively share feedback that helps us to keep improving the service we deliver.
In return, we’ll invest in your training and development to include qualification to Lead Verifier status in multiple verification products and standards.
We’ve a well-developed homeworking infrastructure for when you’re not visiting clients and have been a champion of new ways of working for many years.
What will you bring
The people who join us as verifiers come from a diverse range of backgrounds. Some have worked in sustainability and climate change reporting roles within organisations.
You will need a detailed understanding of the relevant legal and regulatory framework relevant to environmental social and governance reporting and climate change.
An understanding of how to manage and build client relationships is essential.
Good verbal and written communication, accurate data analysis, and decision-making skills are necessary, and you should be able to deliver clear verification outcomes.
