Your first year as a Registered Nurse
It's important to us for you to enjoy your first Nursing role. We know that it can feel a little daunting starting your Nursing career and that's why we've developed an outstanding preceptorship programme to help get you settled and guide you through the first year.
You'll be supported with a mentor, an induction, and supernumerary period, plus have access to professional Nurse Advocates, specially trained to provide support in clinical practice.
Career development and progression
Once you've found your feet, it's only natural to start looking at progression and development opportunities. We'll help you to grow your skills and we'll invest in your training and development, providing CPD, paid study leave, and funding for specialist qualifications.
If there is an area that you're keen to learn more about, we'll support rotational placements across most areas or help you to develop specialist skills to progress your career.
