Responsibilities
* Day-to-day maintenance and general DIY around the building.
* Having a trade skill i.e., joinery, plumbing, electrical, is a preference or extensive experience in dealing with daily maintenance and DIY is essential.
* Must enjoy decorating and day-to-day maintenance of buildings.
* Must have a full driving license, own transport, and tools.
Experience
This role will be subject to receipt of two satisfactory references and an enhanced DBS check.
Skills
* Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
* A high degree of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
* The ability to work independently.
* Must own a vehicle - non-negotiable.
* On-site parking available.
