Are you passionate about making a tangible impact locally and changing the lives of vulnerable young people? Roundabout is looking for a HR and Personnel Assistant to help our team accommodate and support homeless young people aged 16-25 in Sheffield and Rotherham.
About the Role
The HR and Personnel Assistant role is a new and exciting position for Roundabout, which is now being sought following significant organisational growth.
The successful candidate will support the HR Lead and Payroll and Personnel Manager in all aspects of HR and personnel administration duties across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring the smooth running of both functions across Roundabout and helping to promote a positive people programme that supports our vision, culture, and values.
We are seeking a positive, proactive, and confident individual to assist the HR Lead with building the HR function from the ground up within an organisation where people really are at the heart of everything, enabling the post-holder to make a real difference across the organisation.
This post requires a strong administrative background and the ability to handle multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
