The ideal Secondary Supply Teacher will:
* Deliver high-quality teaching across KS3–KS5 in line with school policies
* Be adaptable, reliable, and confident across a range of subjects
* Foster positive relationships with students and staff
* Manage behaviour effectively in line with school expectations
* Mark and plan where needed for longer placements
Secondary Supply Teacher requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised in the UK
* Recent experience teaching in UK secondary schools
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
* Ability to travel to schools in Rochester and surrounding areas
