As the Social Media Specialist, you will be the storyteller behind the brand's digital presence! You will shape the online voice of the brand, creating content that drives engagement and inspires new and existing audiences.
Your responsibilities will thrive across three main areas:
Organic Social Media
1. Develop and execute a content calendar bursting with fresh ideas aligned to our campaigns and brand vision.
2. Craft, curate, and schedule high-quality content across platforms—Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
3. Engage authentically with our audience, responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build a thriving online community.
4. Collaborate with our creative team to produce stunning visuals, videos, stories, and reels that inspire wanderlust.
Paid Social
1. Plan, launch, and manage paid social campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
2. Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.
3. Run A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and audience targeting.
4. Seamlessly integrate paid campaigns into broader marketing initiatives.
Data-Driven Storytelling
1. Track, analyze, and report on the performance of organic and paid efforts.
2. Leverage analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and Sprout Social to inform strategies.
3. Stay ahead of algorithm changes, emerging platforms, and best practices.
