Lorien is working with a Learning Management Solutions Platform provider based in Bradford who is currently looking for an Account Manager as they add further people to their team as part of their customer growth plans.
The Account Manager will have commercial and strategic responsibility for a portfolio of high-value clients. The role will focus on managing ongoing customer relationships, leading on contract renewals, and driving account growth through additional services and solutions. With collaboration across the organization, you will ensure customer satisfaction is paramount and achieve a strong ROI on the products and services provided.
Experience:
1. 2+ years in a customer-facing role as a Sales Exec/Account Exec/Account Manager
2. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
3. Experience conducting account reviews, strategic account planning, and managing customer renewals
4. Experience with CRM; Hubspot preferred.
Salary is up to £40,000 with a £10,000 commission pot that aligns with renewals and upselling services and products. Additional benefits are also included.
The role will be based in the office 2 days a week with great transport links from Leeds and Bradford stations. On-site parking is available too.
