We are currently recruiting for a a Quality Inspector on behalf of a busy client of ours, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all required specifications and standards. You will be a key player in ensuring that quality is maintained throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any issues to prevent defects and improve overall product quality.
Working Schedule:
Mon- Thur 8 until 17:00
Friday 8 until 14:30
Pay £11.44 per hour
Key Responsibilities: Inspect products and materials at various stages of the production process to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments and tools. Document and report any non-conformances or quality issues and work with the production team to implement corrective actions. Conduct product testing, including functional and durability tests when necessary. Maintain accurate inspection records and reports. Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to improve processes and ensure quality standards are consistently met. Ensure all inspections are carried out in accordance with health and safety guidelines. Assist with audits and quality control assessments. Requirements: Previous experience in a quality inspection role. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowledge of inspection techniques, tools, and equipment. Familiarity with quality management systems and industry standards. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
