Working across all five of our offices, you’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for both candidates and hiring managers. If you're currently in an agency role and seeking to transition to an in-house position or looking to further enhance your recruitment skills, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for you. You’ll also take ownership of Emerging Talent recruitment, working closely with the Training Adviser to lead the recruitment of graduates and apprentices, ensuring we continue to attract and develop the next generation of talent at Old Mill. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and refine job descriptions and specifications. Advertise job openings on careers pages, job boards, and social networks to attract suitable candidates. Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including online platforms and professional networks. Screen applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and organisational culture. Lead the Emerging Talent Programme, managing the full recruitment cycle for graduates and apprentices, building relationships with universities, colleges, and training providers. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, ensuring best practices are followed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities and candidate information. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to promote the organisation and attract potential candidates. About You You’ll bring a proactive, can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent recruitment experiences. With a strong understanding of best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate engagement, you’ll be confident in managing multiple roles across a variety of teams. To succeed, you’ll have: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within an agency setting. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and hiring managers. An interest in early careers recruitment and a passion for developing emerging talent. Proactive and results-oriented, with strong organisational and time management abilities. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software is advantageous. Willingness to travel between our five offices as required.
