What you'll be doing:
This is a role for someone who is passionate about improving the way we communicate with our customers to a broad audience, creating engaging, simple, and interesting items. You'll use your subject matter expertise to help produce a range of documentation including user and reference guides, letters, emails, and other forms.
Because you're working across a range of different documents and formats, your work will be very varied. You'll need to manage multiple priorities in a busy and challenging environment.
You'll work collaboratively and learn more about product and marketing as part of your role. You'll work closely with Marketing Managers and Product Managers, helping bring their ideas to life and aligning them with each overarching customer journey.
1. Translate complex technical information into easy-to-understand copy for varied audiences.
2. You will have a continuous improvement and innovative mindset, challenging the status quo.
3. Ensure operations staff have accurate and up-to-date content to use when replying to customers across various contact channels.

1. Is skilled at turning technical content into engaging, easy to understand copy for a range of audiences.
2. Strong attention to detail, analytical and technical mindset.
3. Ability to work with and across other business units.
