Your new role You will be expected to assist your clients and customers with the following duties: Handling incoming correspondence and escalating queries to the relevant teams. Managing admin processes and tracking how they are with the teams. Assisting with contractor responsibilities and ensuring they have the correct administrative details. Communicate with clients professionally and effectively. What you'll need to succeed Administrative experience. Excellent customer service skills. Good organisational ability, happy to multitask communication with administrative processes.
