ERP Programme Manager
What you’ll be doing…
As our ERP Programme Manager, you’ll lead the implementation of a transformative enterprise resource planning system, streamlining processes, empowering teams, and driving sustainable growth. Some of your responsibilities
Define, plan, and execute the ERP programme
Integrate with the wider change portfolio
Manage the programme budget
Collaborate with senior leaders, IT teams, and business functions
Establish robust governance frameworks
Oversee technical delivery: Coordinate with vendors, integrators, and internal teams to ensure seamless ERP implementation
Oversee data migration
Skills & experience
Programme management: Proven experience leading large, cross-functional programmes, ideally ERP rollouts.
ERP expertise: Comprehensive understanding of ERP systems, including architecture and data migration.
Business alignment: Adept at aligning technology solutions with strategic objectives and guiding teams through change.
Inspiring leadership: Natural ability to unite teams, promoting collaboration and shared purpose.
Governance and risk management: Experienced in creating governance frameworks, monitoring KPIs, and addressing risks.
Vendor and contract management: Skilled in negotiating and managing external partnerships to achieve programme milestones.
Change management: Proficient in facilitating smooth transitions, empowering teams to adopt new systems and processes.
Clear communication: Confident engaging with Board-level stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights.
Training and qualifications: PMP, MSP, or equivalent certifications are beneficial; Scrum/Agile expertise is advantageous.
Sector experience: Hands-on experience in food and drink, retail, logistics, or B2C environments adds valuable insight.

Location - Wash Farm, Buckfastleigh, Devon, TQ11 0JU. - Reliable transportation is required to commute to Wash Farm, as it is not accessible by public transport routes.
Hours - The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We encourage flexitime and hybrid working with a requirement to be on-site when needed

Salary - Circa £90,000 per annum
