Your new role
This will be a busy role reporting to the HR Manager who needs additional temp support to assist with the project. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain invaluable experience within HR Support/ HR Administration. The purpose of the role will be to provide support with a HR Audit particularly around compliance and RTW checks. The successful applicant will ideally have held a similar role previously and be able to demonstrate this upon application. Duties of the role will include:
1. Completing compliance administration tasks for the HR Department, working through a backlog of checks
2. Managing Excel spreadsheets and other systems to complete employee compliance checks
3. Reporting on compliance administration
4. Ensuring all employee compliance checks show the correct Right To Work (RTW) information and relevant employee files and checks
5. Responsible for identifying missing/incomplete RTW check information and reporting to HR
6. Obtaining and recording RTW check information
7. Use of various systems including Success Factors, MS Office, and Excel (a good working knowledge needed)
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will ideally have a good working knowledge of RTW compliance and previous HR Admin / HR Assistant experience. The successful applicant will have good/intermediate Excel skills and experience. The successful applicant needs to be available to start work in September and live locally to the Dronfield area as this role is 100% office based.
