Location: Solihull Hours of work: Monday - Friday, 8-4pm, 9-5pm, 10-6pm (if you decide to work 8-6pm you will accrue an additional days holiday each month) My client is based in Solihull, specialising in small to medium Pensions schemes, they are proud of the fact that they take a more hands-on and thoughtful approach when dealing with their clients. You will need to be a motivated and organised Administrator with previous experience of either working in the Financial or another Corporate sector. You will be supporting a busy and established team, where you will deal with a variety of incoming calls and Administration based duties so you will need to be flexible and confident. Greeting visitors and diary management. You will also be scheduling meetings, updating schedules and work planners. Responding to emails and generating standard letters, making amendments where necessary so you will have great attention to detail. The ideal person will also have working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
