Our client, a leading services business, is seeking an experienced finance professional to join their fast-paced and dynamic team. The Role: The Senior Finance Business Partner will lead and develop a team of two part-qualified accountants, driving improvements across month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role requires a strong business partner, capable of presenting to senior stakeholders, including the Board and leadership teams, while also being hands-on in the detail. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership Manage and mentor two part-qualified accountants, ensuring high-quality reporting and analysis. Month-End Close & Reporting Drive process improvements for timely and accurate financial close and reporting. Budgeting & Forecasting Deliver robust budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Stakeholder Engagement Present financial insights to the Board, senior leadership, and key stakeholders. Commercial Finance Support Provide strategic financial analysis to help shape business strategy. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement efficiencies across f inancial processes, reporting, and controls. What Were Looking For: Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong technical and commercial finance experience. Experience leading and mentoring part-qualified finance professionals. Proven track record in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment.
