What You’ll Be Doing
Creating and Maintaining Templates:
1. Make sure our templates are easy to use and provide a great experience for both creators and clients.
2. Keep templates updated with changes in legislation so we’re always compliant.
3. Take feedback from teams and clients to keep improving templates to meet their needs.
4. Help automate client letters and advice processes to save time and make everything run smoothly.
Streamlining Automation Processes:
1. Manage and improve automated documents and workflows using tools like Smartflows.
2. Work closely with teams to fix issues, improve templates, and make processes faster and more efficient.
3. Keep everything organized by managing a library of templates and testing changes before they go live.
4. Create real-time dashboards to keep teams updated and informed.
Collaborating Across Teams:
1. Work with Re-platforming and Wealth Operations teams to enhance templates and logic.
2. Send mass communications using automation tools like Click Dimensions.
3. Problem-solve with users to improve letter and report outputs.
Who Are We Looking For?
We’re looking for someone with a passion for technology and process improvement who’s ready to make an impact.
You’ll Be Great If You Have:
1. Qualifications: Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (CII) and are working towards Level 6.
2. Tech Skills: Experience with Smartflows, Click Dimensions, and advanced Excel skills.
3. Attention to Detail: You’re organized, thorough, and love solving problems.
4. Collaboration Skills: You enjoy working with different teams to make things better for everyone.
