Job Description
Our Field Sales Manager will be enthusiastic and lead by example to maximise your team's potential. Some of your responsibilities include:
1. Building the structure, process, and culture to drive high performance to increase customer take-up.
2. Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programmes to capture key demographics.
3. Managing KPIs daily and motivating/supporting the team while keeping management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports and weekly work plans.
4. Providing on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals.
5. Meeting with customers to discuss their evolving needs and assess the quality of our company's relationship with them.
6. Working closely with Marketing and ensuring your team maintains excellent knowledge and understanding of our business, offerings, competitors, and industry.
7. Leading by example when it comes to the Field Sales Team.
8. Recruiting and maintaining FTE across the Field Sales Team.
9. Providing Territory Management for Sales Agents.
The Successful Applicant
1. Considerable previous experience in sales management and a successful track record in field sales management.
2. Demonstrable sales acumen and understanding of the sales process.
3. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
4. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
5. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
What's on Offer
1. Salary is £38,000 - £45,000.
