A well-established, growing business that is successful in quality fitouts in retail and leisure outlets across the UK is looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join the team in Oldham. The role would suit an Assistant Project Manager with experience in building services looking to move into a PM role dealing with a portfolio of clients. As Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Working alongside the existing team to ensure large projects are delivered in a timely manner Running projects from start to finish Communicating with multiple stakeholders both internal and external to the business Interpreting drawings and plans Obtaining quotations from suppliers Nationwide projects We are looking for a Project Manager who has the following skills and experiences: Experience within a similar type of role preferably within the construction/retail industry in Project Management Strong communication skills; written and verbal IT Literate and confident with Microsoft office Excellent Time Management, multi-tasking, and negation skills. Ensuring compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and CDM regulations. Willingness to tackle challenges to solve problems Great attention to detail Team Player AutoCAD experience an advantage but not essential Driving Licence
