We’re looking for a motivating Store Manager to join our trading team. You will act as an ambassador for Cancer Research UK, motivating your team to maximize sales and fundraising targets. Your store will serve as a community hub where people learn about our work and meet our team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guide, inspire, and engage a team of paid staff and volunteers, including recruitment, retention, and development.
2. Own and manage store operations, including display, merchandising, stock management, standards, layout, sales, and income.
3. Lead by example, providing excellent customer and supporter service.
4. Maximize profit through effective cost control and sales strategies.
5. Build relationships with the local community and Cancer Research UK colleagues.
6. Organize and run creative fundraising events to meet targets.
7. Ensure compliance with health and safety, safeguarding, security, administration, and HR policies.
8. Perform manual handling and physical activities as part of daily duties.
