What You’ll Be Doing: As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in helping individuals with a range of needs live independently and happily in their own homes. Working 1:1 with people in our supported living service, your day-to-day will include: Assisting with personal care, cooking, and household tasks Supporting with hobbies, social activities, and community engagement Administering medication Writing daily care notes and ensuring safeguarding is always upheld Helping people pursue their passions, whether that’s swimming, arts and crafts, trips to the cinema, or a coffee with friends Each of the five individuals you may support has their own flat and unique interests. Ages range from 23 to 83, and personalities vary just as much A full UK driving licence is essential, as you'll be using wheelchair-adapted vehicles to accompany people on outings. What We’re Looking For: Experience in health or social care is a bonus, but it’s not essential — we’ll give you all the training you need. What matters most is your attitude.
