Job Description: My client is looking for a proactive and results-oriented Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of our IT solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams, working to understand client needs and provide solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
2. Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters.
3. Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic guidance and solutions.
4. Conduct regular account reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
5. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support, sales, and project management, to ensure client requirements are met.
6. Prepare and deliver client reports and presentations on account status, performance, and project progress.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Representative, or in a similar client-facing role within the IT industry.
3. Strong understanding of IT services and solutions.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
