Job Title: Customer Support Assistant
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Working Hours: Mon-Fri 09:00AM - 17:30PM (Office based)
Location: Ashford

Duties include:
* Provide first-line support via phone and email.
* Resolve customer issues by troubleshooting hardware and software problems.
* Escalate complex issues to higher-level support
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved
* Process new hardware orders from start to end
* Arrange installation and configuration of hardware
* Document all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps in the CRM system
* Courtesy calls to existing customer base
Skills/experience required:
* Previous experience in an admin/customer service role is essential
* Strong communication skills both written and verbal
* Confident with MS Office
