We're a rapidly growing B2B SaaS scale-up that fixes complex claims and returns processes for top retailers and brands in the Nordics. We're looking to scale in the UK market and are already working with great retailers.
As our new marketing specialist in the UK office, you will be responsible for influencing and executing our marketing strategy. You will work closely with our experienced marketing manager and own the execution of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Content Creation: Produce high-quality content (blogs, case studies, brochures) for the UK and US market, ensuring it resonates with the audience and aligns with our brand voice. Localise global content to ensure it's culturally relevant and impactful. Incorporate SEO best practices to improve visibility on UK digital platforms.
* Event Management: Plan and execute webinars and in-person events, managing logistics, promotion, and follow-up.
* Social Media Management: Create and post engaging content to grow brand awareness. Monitor and report on social media performance.
* Email Marketing: Design and execute email campaigns tailored to the UK and US audience. Conduct A/B testing to optimise campaign performance and manage a segmented email list for targeted outreach.
Qualifications include:
* Proven experience in a general marketing role.
* Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write engaging copy for various formats.
* Experience in managing events from concept to execution.
* Knowledge of social media platforms.
* Experience with email marketing tools.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Proficient in researching and analysing market trends, particularly within UK and US.
