We are seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support the Data & AI team in delivering a new data culture, change, and literacy programme across the organisation. This role will play a crucial part in implementing the AI and Data strategic approach and roadmap, ensuring staff at all levels are equipped for the evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead culture and change initiatives for a tailored Senior Leadership & Executive Literacy Programme.
* Build and manage a network of Divisional Ambassadors and AI/Data Experts to champion data-driven transformation.
* Develop and deliver engaging change and culture content for all staff, offering upskilling and reskilling pathways at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels.
* Own the AI and Data change and engagement strategy, ensuring tools, resources, and content effectively drive and embed long-term change.
* Define and track measurable benefits for key initiatives, keeping programme activities focused on delivering real impact.
* Establish key performance indicators to monitor progress, enabling course correction and building ongoing support for the programme.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Proven expertise in planning and executing business change initiatives within AI and Data-focused digital programmes.
* Demonstrated leadership in delivering AI and Data transformation projects.
* Experience working within an iterative programme team, adapting change strategies to align with agile methodologies.
* Hands-on approach to delivering change activities and content, with the ability to self-manage and navigate ambiguity effectively.
