Job Purpose The post holder will be responsible for supporting the Programme Manager /Team Lead to ensure that NHS school-aged vaccination programs are delivered on time and that results are achieved in line with contract specifications. Key Responsibilities Preparation of school calendar for school immunisation sessions and catch-up clinics. Manage and update the staff rota to cover all administrators and nurses at least 8 weeks in advance, following the relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Arrange emergency cover for staff in case of absence or sickness. Manage consent form triaging per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Ensure team members are well-trained and follow protocol. Handle stock audit checks and maintain supplies. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new recruits. Support Programme Manager/Team Lead and undertake delegated duties. Collaborate with schools and Programme Manager/Team Lead to improve uptake. Attend and conduct quality audits in schools and gather feedback. Ensure staff have access to and sign Patient Group Directives (PGDs) for immunisations. Deputise for the Team Lead as required when required. Actively and constructively contribute to team meetings. Undertake other duties commensurate with the level of this position Comply with Company policies & procedures. Experience/Skills GCSE level of education or equivalent with a minimum of grade ‘C’ in both English and Maths. Working in a community setting (schools) and/or working with children & young people (desirable). Prioritise and manage own workload without supervision. Assertive, team player and critical thinker. Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written. Excellent IT Skills. Must be able to drive (Desirable). Excellent organisational skills.
