This is a crucial role where you will serve as the primary contact for all billing, invoicing, and payment inquiries. This position is vital in ensuring that financial transactions are conducted in line with organisational policies and regulations, thereby supporting the smooth operation of the Senedd.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Senedd’s central finance team and engage with key stakeholders, including various contracted partners responsible for facilities management services such as maintenance, catering, and cleaning. You will play an essential part in managing procurement processes, maintaining financial records, and providing valuable financial support to both internal and external parties.
Your responsibilities will include raising purchase orders, managing budgets, and preparing reports that contribute to financial transparency and accountability. By effectively communicating with colleagues and suppliers, you will help facilitate efficient financial operations that underpin the Senedd's aim.
