Hours: Full Time – Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Midweek and weekend overtime available)
About the role
We're seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Lead Surveyor to join our expanding team within the rail industry. In this pivotal role, you will take charge of a team of surveyors, ensuring the delivery of precise and dependable survey data for various rail infrastructure projects. You will lead topographical surveys, manage the gathering and analysis of geospatial data, and work closely with engineers and project managers to offer technical expertise and support throughout the entire project lifecycle. Your leadership and technical acumen will be crucial to ensuring successful project outcomes and adherence to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage survey teams for rail infrastructure projects
Perform high-precision land and topographical surveys • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of survey data
Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of survey reports and documentation
Collaborate with engineers and other project stakeholders to integrate survey data into project designs
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior surveyors
Assist in the development and implementation of innovative surveying techniques and methodologies
About You:
Proven experience in surveying, preferably within the rail or construction industries
Strong knowledge of survey equipment, techniques, and software
Ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to various project sites nationwide
