We have a fantastic new role we are hiring. Senior GTM Specialist (Go To Market) with a leading networking and wireless smart home devices vendor in Reading. This role offers a chance to work alongside internal Product Managers, contributing to market entry strategies, fostering cross-department collaboration, and overseeing Product Lifecycle management with a focus on Engineering Support.
About the role: Key Responsibilities: Senior GTM Specialist
Market Entry Strategy Design
Assist in developing end-to-end product launch plans, including market selection, pricing strategies (channel/promotional/regional pricing structures), channel planning, and promotion timelines
Conduct deep analysis of UK/Ireland market demands to identify product differentiation points (e.g., technical advantages/scenario-based solutions)
Develop competitive benchmarking models and produce sales toolkits (product USPs/KSPs, competitive comparison guides, user case libraries)
Cross-Department Collaboration & Resource Integration
Lead GTM processes by aligning resources across R&D, supply chain, marketing, and sales departments (e.g., marketing strategies, campaign scheduling)
Design product training systems covering technical parameter explanations, scenario-based sales guides, and potential after-sales issue avoidance
Product Lifecycle Management
Monitor KPIs (product ratings, return rates, sales volume, market share) to dynamically adjust GTM strategies
Engineering Support Responsibilities
Execute product reliability testing (competitive product comparative testing/household environment testing).
Provide pre-sales technical proposals (e.g., home network employment/security recommendations) and post-sales troubleshooting
About you: Senior GTM Specialist
We are looking for a highly experienced GTM specialist, someone who has worked closely with Product management teams and managed multiple Product Launches. Ideally we are looking for someone with extensive experience in smart home hardware GTM roles, particularly in product launches.
You’ll have the ability to collaborate seamlessly across different time zones, bridging gaps between China and Europe.
Strong knowledge of smart home and networking technologies, coupled with a keen understanding of product dynamics.
Expertise in Go To Market strategies and technical ICT qualifications.
Strong analytical skills, a penchant for self-learning, and adept problem-solving abilities
