Our main objective is to enable businesses to be more efficient and effective by removing the need for manual processes and improving our clients' visibility of their company spend.
We now have a fantastic opportunity for a Partner Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will develop and maintain excellent relationships with new and existing technology partners, such as resellers, accountants, and referrals; resulting in increased levels of business and client retention.
In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales revenue via the Webexpenses Partner channels. This will include (but is not limited to) driving sales enablement of our reseller partner to increase sales volume and value, increasing leads from our referral partners, as well as sourcing and developing new relationships with businesses identified as prospective partners.
You will do this by:
1. Ensuring each partner has a detailed understanding of the proposed solution to be delivered, which incorporates software, delivery, support, and associated services.
2. Demonstrating the expenses system to support and aid with partners' opportunities.
3. Building relationships with existing partners by creating and delivering partner activities/communication frequencies specific to each partner.
4. Working closely with the Marketing team to efficiently fulfill partner requirements e.g. sales collateral, coordinating partner marketplaces.
Key Skills needed for this role:
1. Sales experience - advantageous
2. B2B sales, account management, or partner experience - advantageous
3. Previous experience in a similar role - desirable
4. Competency in MS Office - advantageous
