We are seeking a skilled Account Support Specialist to join our internal sales team, working with a valued portfolio of existing customers. Our software solutions, consultancy, and support services are designed to make a difference in the world.
This role offers hybrid working hours, providing a great work-life balance. As an Account Support Specialist, you will be responsible for upselling and promoting our products via webinars, telephone calls, and emails.
You will work closely with our customers to develop effective relationships and identify opportunities for growth. Your goal will be to ensure that our annual team target is hit, while maintaining a satisfactory pipeline of future opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop effective relationships with customers at all levels.
* Identify and close opportunities for growth.
* Ensure CRM is up-to-date and accurately reflects all opportunities.
* Take responsibility for opportunities from point of order to delivery.
* Understand and adhere to all corporate policy, processes, and procedures.
Requirements:
* Previous sales experience in a target-driven environment.
* Demonstrable organisational skills.
* Experience with Microsoft 365.
* Good interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
