If you are passionate about creating and embedding compassionate, just and equitable EDI solutions in a collaborative, dynamic and complex environment, we want to hear from you Main duties of the job You will be a central part in the delivery of our Strategic Equality Plan (SEP), designing and delivering EDI interventions, and a range of varied work streams and projects, working with the Strategic Lead for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and taking the lead where relevant. Supported by and working as part of the broader ODI team, you'll partner with colleagues and leaders across the organisation, bringing your experience, knowledge, skills and enthusiasm to meet the evolving needs of our staff, patients and stakeholders. You will regularly work using your own initiative and autonomy, giving you the chance to: Use and develop your communication and influencing skills in order to achieve our goals, responding to challenges and raising awareness at all levels of our legal responsibilities and complex EDI issues. Design and deliver EDI interventions, with the range of varied work streams and projects being driven by the SEP and the Welsh Government equality priorities, to improve cultural awareness and competency across the organisation. Provide accurate and timely advice to staff at all levels within the organisation, building our colleagues' confidence in applying EDI principles and decision making.
