Coordinator Location : Chandlers Ford Salary: Up to £28000 plus fantastic benefits Hours of work : Monday to Friday core hoursDynamite Recruitment is working in partnership with a very well established service provider who are based in the Chandlers Ford areaDue to growth plans our client is looking to recruit a Coordinator / Scheduler to join a specialist team As a coordinator you will be responsible for the following tasks Receiving hire enquiries via phone/email Following up on outstanding enquiries via email and on the telephone Processing incoming orders from the team Raising and sending purchase orders to suppliers Displaying an excellent level of customer service at all times Correct usage of internal system to record all contract & customer information Invoicing Dealing with supply chain, buying for the business Managing a system of safe checking new hire contract details Displaying an excellent level of attention to detail Communicating with customers to manage the successful delivery of goods and equipment Receiving and input of stock in line with live contracts To complete general administration Liaising with transport providers regarding availability and quotes Scheduling engineers Assist with the import / export documentation Control and monitoring of fuel management system The ideal coordinator will have / be Good administration experience Good communication skills Will be able to manage an expectation from start to finish Self-motivated and team player Ability to liaise with all levels of employees Strong communication and organisational skills Competent user of Microsoft Office Strong Work ethic Target driven Excellent problem solving skills Attention to detail is essential Ability to review processes and spot areas for cost Saving Time Management To be considered please submit your Cv asap
