With this experience, you will also have the opportunity to apply for permanent positions at Hopkins once the apprenticeship is completed. Day to day This role provides the opportunity to be part of the huge changes that are happening in the business right now. You will be integrated in to a variety of teams across the organisation throughout your apprenticeship in order to expose you a wide variety of people, systems and technical skills. During your time with each team your workload will include a wide variety of administrative duties and responsibilities. The Apprenticeship Standard This opportunity will be offered with a level 3 Business Admin apprenticeship attached to it, which will be supplied and supported by a local and trusted training provider. You will be supported in learning the required modules of the apprenticeship by an inhouse mentor, as well as being released by the business to attend a local learning centre on a monthly basis. The apprenticeship is structured over an initial 15 month period, with a further 3 month period to complete the End Point Assessment. About you We are looking for a diverse range of applicants who have a real passion for organising themselves (and us), whilst also wanting to kick start there career in HR. Here are some of the qualities we are looking for in the right person to join our team.
