Happy and friendly personality Excellent problem-solving skills Service Manager Responsibilities To be responsible and participate in the day-to-day running and supporting the manager Ensure service has sufficient support by the implementation and continued monitoring of rotas. Offer Sleep In Support (additional supplement) along with direct support. To promote positive and personalised outcomes of service users. To maintain accurate notes and records as and when required and implement and update support plans. To deliver a high level of quality support to service users, coaching and mentoring staff. To work as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support, To recruit, manage, retain, and train staff both individually and as team members. The successful candidate for the role will have Key Skills Previous experience of working with people who have learning disabilities, Health/Autism Relevant professional qualification (Level 5 in Health and Social Care) or be willing to work towards upon completion a successful probationary period. Demonstrable evidence of supporting people in a person-centred way with a history of enabling outcomes.
