We’re looking for a Studio Manager who can be the driving force behind the creative studio’s efficiency and success. Ensuring seamless project delivery, fostering a high-performing team culture, and balancing creative excellence with operational strategy to achieve outstanding client outcomes and business growth.

The Role
As our Studio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the daily operations of the creative studio, ensuring that all projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on budget while maintaining a high level of creativity and innovation. You’ll work closely with designers and stakeholders to balance creative excellence with operational effectiveness.
By joining our team, you will:
1. Oversee the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
2. Manage the allocation of studio resources, balancing priorities and scheduling freelancers as needed.
3. Implement and optimise workflows, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Maintain quality control, ensuring all creative output aligns with business and client briefs.
5. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Act as the main point of contact for client project updates and briefs.
7. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
8. Coach and inspire a multi-disciplinary team of 10, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, support and collaboration.
9. Champion the studio’s vision and values, ensuring these are reflected in both internal operations and external relationships.
10. Monitor and manage Oak Creative’s budget ensuring KPIs and financial targets are met.
11. Support business growth by identifying opportunities and maintaining a healthy pipeline of clients.
What you can bring to our team:
We’re looking for someone with a strong mix of professionalism, strategic oversight, and hands-on project management experience. You will ideally have:
1. Proven experience managing creative projects within an agency or studio environment.
2. Strong relationship skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
3. Excellent project management skills, with experience using workflow tools and methodologies.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
5. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders effectively.
6. Financial acumen to monitor budgets, profitability, and business performance.
7. A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
