Due to an internal promotion, we’re delighted to be recruiting for the newly created role of a People and Culture Administrator to join us in Leyland. The People and Culture Administrator will provide support to our People Development, Talent Acquisition and People Operations functions. This will involve administrative duties across the team, supporting initiatives in People Development which drive learning, career development and performance management. Additionally providing administrative support to the Talent Attraction and general HR operations. We’re looking for someone with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, a confidential and professional approach at all times and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in a HR, People and Culture, Recruitment or a Learning and Development role would be highly preferred, however experience in an administrative and/or customer service function can be considered. This is a full-time role, based in our Leyland office with the potential to develop into a hybrid working role after probation. Our Leyland is just 10 minutes from junctions 28 & 29 of the M6 with free onsite parking available.
