Assist with order processing, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment. Collaborate with Microsoft and Oracle MRP systems to enhance sales operations. Handle customer enquiries, providing top-notch service to convert leads into sales. Identify opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell products and services for maximum impact. Work closely with the technical team to understand product specifications and customer needs. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a technical setting. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office, and Oracle MRP systems is desired. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. High energy and a proactive approach to driving sales. Capability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
