The Role
We are looking for part-time Customer Advisors to join our team providing an excellent level of customer service. With a variety of clients and call types, we specialise in inbound secure payments and great customer service. As a Customer Advisor, your calls will be varied, ranging from a simple payment or a lost property enquiry to a booking or a booking amendment.
We have a portion of the team working from our Head Office in Hemel Hempstead, as well as many of the team working remotely from areas across the country. Regardless of your working location, everyone feels part of one team, with employee engagement playing a key role in our way of working.
Key Functional Responsibilities
* Handling every customer contact with professionalism and courtesy.
* Displaying positivity, patience, compassion, empathy, and humanity to customers.
* Awareness of PCI-DSS Compliance and GDPR and the impact this has on handling customer data and payments (training provided).
* Paying attention to detail, ensuring accuracy with all customer data.
* Utilising excellent service to upsell related products.
* Maintaining knowledge of products, processes, offers, and promotions.
* Computer literate and able to use a variety of systems.
* Providing valuable feedback that might improve the experience.
Skills and Experience
If you're a people person with a positive and engaging attitude, and enjoy helping others, you'll be a great fit for this role. Customer service experience is advantageous. You will be supporting customers whilst navigating systems, so the ability to multi-task is essential. As you will be working remotely, the ability to troubleshoot common everyday technical issues is desirable.

Hours and Shifts
We work on flexible schedules, but you'll always be provided with two weeks' notice for your shifts. When you start with us, we agree on your available hours each day. We are seeking advisors who are able to work variable shifts, including Saturdays (peak time), accommodating between 12 to 20 hours per week.
Additional availability and flexibility during your training period may be required.
