Administrator – Rail Technical Division

Ganymede is seeking a detail-oriented Administrator to support our Rail Technical Division in Bolton. You’ll ensure smooth operations and compliance while gaining specialist knowledge in Permanent Way (P-Way) and signalling—critical sectors in railway infrastructure.
Your Role:
* Contractor Onboarding: Managing compliance checks, documentation, and registrations.
* Compliance & Record Management: Verifying safety records, certifications, and work eligibility.
* Operational Support: Organising medicals, drug and alcohol testing, and tracking certifications.
* Administrative Support: Handling queries, managing timesheets, and issuing PPE.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask and work proactively.
* CRM & compliance system experience (training provided).
* Excellent communication - high level of spoken and written English is essential.
