We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet the organisation's needs. This position requires a keen understanding of human resources practices, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in various recruitment tools and platforms. The Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
Duties
1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of each role.
2. Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media management, to attract potential candidates.
3. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating assessments.
4. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as part of the selection process.
5. Engage in lead generation activities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
6. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics to management.
7. Foster relationships with candidates to enhance their experience throughout the hiring process.
Experience
1. Proven experience in human resources or recruitment.
2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
3. Experience in social media management for recruitment purposes is desirable.
4. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
5. A proactive approach to problem-solving and an eagerness to learn new skills related to recruitment practices.
