SGA Lists is a premier hospitality staffing firm, and we are currently seeking cooks who will be responsible for stocking, preparing, and serving food on the various food stations (Grill, Deli, Hot Entrée Serving Table), as well as performing other FOH duties, and cleaning.

Responsibilities:
* Meal Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of meals following prescribed recipes and portion controls to meet the nutritional needs of patients and staff.
* Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with health department regulations.
* Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate records of food inventory and communicate with the procurement team to ensure adequate supplies.
* Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with kitchen staff, nutritionists, and healthcare professionals to provide excellent culinary services.
* Adherence to Regulations: Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations, including HACCP guidelines.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Cook in a healthcare or institutional setting is preferred.
* Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Education and Certification:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Culinary degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
