Clinical Lead - NMC registered. Priesty Fields Care Home Salary: £50,000–£52,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: 40 hours per week (mix of clinical and supernumerary hours) Schedule: 2 x 12-hour shifts and 2 x 8-hour days dedicated to clinical management, ideally including alternate weekends. We are seeking a skilled and proactive Clinical Lead to oversee and enhance the clinical operations at Priesty Fields Care Home, a modern, purpose-built 78-bed residential and nursing facility. This role is ideal for a motivated and experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking to step into a senior leadership position within a forward-thinking care environment. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of outstanding, person-centred care to residents with a range of needs, including specialist/complex nursing and dementia care. Working alongside a dedicated and professional team, you will balance hands-on clinical duties with management responsibilities, ensuring both exceptional care standards and a supportive environment for staff and residents alike. Proven supervisory or leadership experience within a nursing or residential care setting. Strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
