You’ll handle: Customer & Technician Support - Be the first point of contact via phone and email Service Coordination - Liaise with clients and engineers, keeping them updated on work progress Problem Solving - Take ownership of queries and complaints to ensure top-notch service Database & Admin Management - Maintain accurate records, create job entries, and generate sales quotes General Office Tasks - Assist with daily admin, post, spreadsheets, and account queries Who Are We Looking For? If you have service or FM industry experience, that’s a plus—but not essential Full training is provided.
