Job Description
Marketing and Communications Executive (HYBRID | Fixed-Term-Contract) - Chelsea/Belgravia (£40,000-£45,000)
Join this prestigious luxury property investor and developer as a key part of their very experienced Marketing team. This is a great opportunity to work in the heart of Chelsea, collaborating with luxury brands, and supporting some pretty iconic events!
If you're creative, organised, and passionate about marketing, (but aren't shy of getting stuck into administrative tasks!) even if you don't come from a traditional marketing background, this could be the perfect foot in the door for you!
Responsibilities Include
1. Support Marketing and Communication activities through administrative tasks (including but not limited to, diary and supplier management).
2. Content creation across consumer-facing destination marketing channels.
3. Lead and support on a year-round program of marketing events.
4. Management of destination 'Privilege card scheme' including member and offer fulfilment.
5. CRM Management - user onboarding and data management.
6. Oversee card scheme, including onboarding and offer fulfilment.
Key Task
Marketing/PR Support:
1. Supporting delivery of campaigns and events.
Consumer Content
1. Lead on writing posters and newsletters for consumers.
2. Editorial content production and directory maintenance for destination websites.
3. Collation of content for owned publication.
4. Support on influencer outreach and press campaigns.
5. PR support.
Administration Support
1. Meeting minutes and diary management.
2. Help manage shared mailboxes, and internal documents.
3. Guestlist management (corporate and consumer).
4. CRM Management - staff onboarding and content management.
5. Accounts/supplier support and coordination.
6. Management of 'Meet the Team' document on corporate website.
Key Skills/Experience
1. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
2. Ability to prioritise and multi-task.
3. Exceptional written and verbal communication - especially when engaging with high-level stakeholders.
4. Strong customer service skills.
5. Proficient in Wordpress, InDesign and Photoshop.
6. Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok included).
7. CRM/database management experience is a must!
8. 2+ years of relevant marketing experience (ideal but not essential!).
9. A team player, friendly and flexible.
10. Industry experience in retail or luxury brands is a big bonus!
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30 am - 5:30 pm - with 1 day work from home.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Fixed Term Contract: Due to end November (high possibility of extension).
