This role will be supporting successful delivery of the overall pipeline but also responsible for leading some key projects for the European business, and will be judged on successful delivery to market. Responsibilities : Responsible for development and delivery of critical projects in the EU innovation pipeline. Innovation projects will be a combination of New Product Development and Core Renovation, as well as tactical innovations to help support the overall business delivery. This role will have project ownership of some key innovation projects from ideation to launch. This role will be responsible for managing a series of projects through stage gate process, delivering recommendations in core meetings This role will work closely with our Innovation Analyst to help interpret trends, gaps and identify opportunities for growth This role will be key in managing product claims including legal & compliance guidance Working closely with the Creative studio, this role will be required to ensure graphics & visual identity are adhered to for new innovation launches This role will work closely with Innovation finance to support business case development This role will work closely with commercial teams on overall market assessment and forecasting assumptions.
