Fixed Term: 12 months | Full-time
We are looking for two Paediatric Specialist Physiotherapists for a temporary (12 months) rotational position, offering nine monthly rotations across acute and community services. This unique role is a chance to develop your expertise in paediatric physiotherapy, gaining experience across inpatients, outpatients, and community settings. You will be responsible for advanced assessments, diagnoses, and treatment programmes for children with a variety of conditions, as well as independently managing a caseload.

Main duties of the job
Reporting into the Speciality Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Manage a caseload of children and young people, conducting assessments, diagnoses, and developing evidence-based treatment plans.
* Manage clinical risks, maintain accurate records, and observe clinical guidelines.
* Participate in weekend/evening on-call duties for acute respiratory cases and ensure safe equipment use while providing training.
* Mentor junior colleagues and students, staying updated on best practices and contributing to research and service improvements.
* Provide high-quality care as part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring personalised treatment for each child.
