This role allows you to join a reputable financial services firm, providing invaluable protection advice to clients from the comfort of your own home. If you are looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of your clients while enjoying the flexibility of home-based work, we want to hear from you Remuneration: Basic to £28,000 plus commission - OTE £45,000 - £60,000 Main Duties: As a Home-Based Protection Advisor, you will: Collaborate with CeMAP qualified mortgage advisors: Work alongside a dedicated team, offering protection advice to new leads referred by the team, ensuring a holistic approach to financial security for clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments: Evaluate clients' protection needs, providing tailored advice and solutions that align with their unique circumstances and financial goals. Engage with clients remotely: Use phone, email, and video conferencing to communicate effectively, building rapport and understanding clients’ individual situations. Utilise expert knowledge of protection products: Recommend suitable options such as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and more, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported in their decisions. Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed records of client interactions and recommendations, adhering to regulatory standards to ensure compliance and transparency. Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery, maximizing business opportunities and enhancing client satisfaction. Key Skills: To excel in this role, you should possess: Proven experience as a Protection Advisor: Ideally within a remote or home-based setting, demonstrating your ability to deliver exceptional service to clients. In-depth knowledge of protection products: Ability to translate complex information into clear and actionable advice that clients can easily understand. Excellent communication skills: Strong ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients remotely, ensuring their needs are met with sensitivity and professionalism. Confident and persuasive sales approach: Focused on client needs and satisfaction, with a track record of achieving sales targets. Strong organizational skills: Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements. Comfort with technology: Proficiency in using CRM systems for lead generation, communication, and case management, ensuring efficient workflows. Self-motivated and proactive: Ability to thrive in a home-based environment, managing your time effectively and driving your own success. R05 or equivalent qualification: Essential for providing protection advice in this role.
